In the PROs Tribe I am responsible for the growth, management and strategy of the product design team. We have a strong environment nurturing and championing insight driven product design. I have been working on improving the value propositions for (pro)sellers, creating a UX Vision & Strategy for 2024 onwards, personalisation of and advertising within our platform, installing and improving ways of working (closely working DesignOps on introducing JIRA for design) and advocating UX (raising a user centric/design thinking mindset) across stakeholders.
