I started working at Takeaway.com as a Design Lead for the consumer platform. Takeaway.com is the world’s biggest food ordering marketplace with over 98 million users and 1.1 billion “food moments” facilitated – and it’s mission is to empower your every food moment
My focus lies at the “after order” experience, leading a team of 3 designers, 1 researcher and 1 UX writer and being responsible for the collaboration with our PO’s & devs – focussing strongly on Design Thinking methodology.
Next to that I’m heavily involved in developing the UX strategy for the customer domain as well as improving the company wide design culture.
Takeaway.com has grown exponentially over the last 2 years, and has challenges in finding good ways to collaborate cross domain & verticals. One of our biggest challenges was to align different vertical strategies with our own consumer purpose.
