is a healthcare spinoff of a more traditional provider called NL Healthcare. The approach was to disrupt the traditional way of providing healthcare, by providing and creating excellent digital services to all their clients. Ranging from chats with doctors, to a combined platform where all different patient files would be combined (in the Netherlands there’s actually a pletora of systems that aren’t connected or communicating wit eachtoher) and to be seen by different specialists.

In my role as a sr. UX designer I was responsible for the branding of the service and all digital designs (from a UX perspective). Since the brand had absolutely no history we had to fully develop andestablish a new brandguide.

The goal: to position as the “the digital heart of healthcare”. It’s the intersection where informoation, insights and appointments all get together. All with ease of use and as little hassle as possible for the clients. There’s 3 main identifiers that are important for the branding

+ we want to be the frontrunner in digitizing healthcare
+ we stand for secure transfer of data and care
+ everything evolves around being accesible and maintainable for our clients
